Administrative Services
The administration office for the Brown County Water Improvement District No. 1 is located at 501 East Baker in Brownwood , Texas .
The office is staffed with three employees: General Manager; Finance Director; and Office Assistant/Human Resource.
The Board of Directors meetings are held at this location on the second Tuesday of each month.
Customer service such as receiving payments for annual dock permits, sales of irrigation water, sales of municipal water, land leases, and miscellaneous are conducted at the administration office. Permits for building a new dock or for additions to existing docks are also issued at this office.
